What is a Cash only bond?
A Cash Only bond occurs when the judge will not allow you to be bailed out by a bonding company. Usually these bonds are for unpaid tickets, fines or court costs.
What is an indemnitor or co-signer?
An indemnitor or co-signer is a person who agrees to be financially responsible for the full amount of the bond. The indemnitor is responsible for paying any bail bond cost incurred as a result of the defendant missing his court appearance.
How much does it cost for a Bail Bond?
The cost of the bail bond which is called the premium is usually 10% of the total bail amount. This can be paid by cash, check or credit card.
*For example, if the bail is set at $10,000 the premium would is $1,000. This is the amount charged by the bail bond company to post the bond. This fee is not refundable.

After I pay the premium in full can I expect to pay anymore?No, when the defendant goes to court each and every time they are required to, you will not owe additional fees. That does not include fines and court costs incurred by the courts, but these fees are the responsibility of the defendant.
When does my bond expire?
With our company the bond premium is a one time fee. Other companies may charge renewal fees.
